could you give some instructions of how to compile Visual Web Developer
2005 compatible .NET provider from these sources? and which source files
are needed to be compiled?
I found the sources, but can't figure out how or which sources?

I believe many developers have that question and need. Perhaps, if it is
just a small job of compiling, maybe you could do it? and put up
compiled, ready to use version.
