Hello:
If possible, I think you should allow writing FbDbType.Binary to an OCTETS
column. The statement above is going to be something a lot of developers
are going to try and it is counter-intuitive if it doesn't work. At the
very least, please give a good error message if a developer tries to do the
above.
I have committed some changes to the CVS, they need testing, i will try
to test them before the weekend.
If all goes well i will do a new release this weekend with these changes.
