I know that, in fact i'm using the 3.6 version to build the installer :P

I have started one too with Wix :) but haven't finished it yet :)

That should be possible now with the fixes to the package less reg file 
that are in CVS i plan to release
a new version of the provider and the DDEX provider next week.
