that I am sending this to the correct list.
When trying to
connect to firebird 2.0 RC4 Embedded mode and the .NET provider 1.7, I get
the following exception:

I was using the same
connection string with 1.5.3 and was able to connect no
problem.
I am able to use
CreateDatabase and connect to the database with FlameRobin, but not with the
ADO.NET library.
A requirement of the
application is to use the .NET 1.1 framework. Is there any way that I
can use Firebird 2.0 with the ADO.NET library and .NET 1.1?
The connection
string is being built with ConnectionStringBuilder and is very short (is there
something missing?)
