Sorry, i explained incorrectly. I want to say that:
1) You can not choose UTF8 and KOI8 in DDEX provider in drop down list
with encodings.
2) KOI8 not supported in FbClient

Encoding koi8r = Encoding.GetEncoding("koi8-r");
Encoding koi8u = Encoding.GetEncoding("koi8-u");
or what did you mean?
