There's a note exactly for your case (no matter that you didn't done
steps exactly right there [1]).

DDEX instalation is 3 simple steps. Rules:
a) If I don't understand it, I do exactly what's in document. No
thinking, no trying to be smart. Looking to notes, info etc. is must.
b) Else I (have to) know what I'm doing, I don't have to look at
documents etc.
