No documentation. :) Only the code. Examples are same as any ADO.NET
example you'll find. From developer POV the code you're working with
is 99.9% same as for "big" framework.

Both. It's pure .NET/C# so you don't have to worry about that. If the
device is able to install .NET Compact Framework, then it's able to
run FirebirdClient code.
