Hello folks, I have a VB.NET Project under VS2005 which using the FireBird Provider. In the past I change sometimes to the newer version of the provider. After staying for a couple of month at 2.5.0.0, I like to change now to the actual build. I download it and have problems to change it.
After deleting the "old" version into the projekt folder by using the Clean Project function and removing the old links I put the new version to the project and set the links to this. VS compile the program with out any error. But when I start the application I always get this error System.Data.Entity, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 not found I updated my .NET from 2.0 to 3.5. three month ago - but what is the problem? If I change to a newer version of an other lib (List and Label) I get no error. If I copy the old provider back to the folder everything works fine. Thanks in advance for any help.
