There's a good content as well as outdated (or duplicated from other places) one. Anybody can start with any page. If you're not sure whether it's OK or not, ask here. If it will be plain text file with title, text and maybe <code>, <img>, it's perfect. I or somebody else may later transform these into DocBook, and PDFs and/or HTMLs will be easily produced.
