Yes, the ID as column name is too simple. And I know a lot of people
with different naming conventions - like PK_%tablename% or
%tablename%_ID. But as the comment will not break anything it looks as
a good solution.
If I'll not get any objection or argument not to do it, I'll commit
this from my private trunk later this week.
