Eureka!!!!

After a (sleepy) week I finally got the obvious and great idea of to compile
the svn last commit on Mono and my code worked fine. I had compiled the
previously assembly on VS2008 with MONO;LINUX directives.

Correct me if necessary, but I think that is a bug to Mono project;

PS: Jiri, please, verify this on provider's code. There are another charsets
incompatible with mono, like  euc-jp and some others that unfortunately I
can't to verify to post it.
I set the #if (!MONO) #endif to all charsets excepting the Win1252 on my
assembly
