I am pretty sure that the new msi is not modifying the machine.config files
from any .NET installed.
I have already reviewed 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 for 32bits and none of them include
the <configSections> nor <DbProviderFactories> changes.
In matter of fact, I would like to know what should be inserted in order to do
it manually.
