IIS with .NET provider 6.7.0.0 for entity framefork 6 and Firebird Embeded
uses dll and installer cannot overwrite or delete them sometimes during new
installation or uninstaling website.
Is this fixed in future releases? Or we should do some shutdown call to
firebird before install uninstall website
