As I know, stored procedures in Firebird have a fixed result set. May be you can imitate this behaviour with temporary tables? What is the purpose, advantage to have 2 result sets: Easy porting? Parallel SQL execution on server? Maybe you can add a "magic" layer in your application that calls two different stored procedures with the desired result sets?
