Fabio, afair, you can use "native" ib/fb lazarus components to access
remote FB server, but it relies on the client library compiled for
Windows CE too, and afaik, there is only a very old (unofficial) one
from FB 1.0 that never left the beta stage.

The other option would be to use some .NET language to develop and try
to use the .Net provider, since it doesn't depends on the client
library.
