thanks to the list, by deeper investigating i now see that the probleme is in the "prepare" step ... but still not understand why, and if it's a bad engine conception (or a bug) and most important how to avoid it ... >Paying for support isn't cheap, but wasting weeks of > your time trying to resolve a problem isn't free either.
