You can use the 32-Bit client DLL to connect to your Firebird database. When your application is a 32-Bit application, you even MUST use the 32-Bit fbclient.dll. So on a 32-Bit Windows you can only run 32-Bit applications and have to use the 32-Bit fbclient. HTH Stefan
