 As I know, only FAT is limited to 4 GB, and manual copy to that disk that 
exceed 4 GB it ok.
 

 I will try to change to NTFS then.

 The file size of FAT32 is limited to 4GB (or 2^32 bytes, hence the 32 in
 FAT32). You either need to upgrade to NTFS, or create your database as a
 multi-file database.
