Hi all, how can I make this cast in Firebrid 2.5.4 (if is it  possible?)
DECLARE VARIABLE QTA  CHAR (5);DECLARE VARIABLE XYZ  INTEGER;
    XYZ  = cast(rtrim(ltrim(QTA))) as integer;
