If we dismiss rfunc.dll because it has bugs then I mention ib_udf.dll (the one with FB2.x) and freeUDFLib.dll (that works under FB2.x). Both dlls install into fb3rc2. Both fail in the manner I described. So what is the problem? Better yet what are solutions?
ib_udf.dll (the one with fb3rc2) installs and runs OK.
