With this change you are using a different protocol than you were using earlier. With this change you changed from the TCP/IP protocol to the WNET protocol, to continue to use the TCP/IP protocol, you should switch to: 192.168.0.158:C:\DIR1\BASEDIR\MYDATABASE.FDB Mark
