I just migrated my Firebird 2.5 server to Firebird 3, using NodeJS 4.2.2
server and node-firebird.

My problem is the increase in RAM when I start using my application under
Firebird 3 which is much more greedy, I switch from a usual 50mo
consumption to 200mo and more.

Is this normal? Is Firebird 3? Is node-firebird badly handling its
connection pools? Is that something else?
