Hi Karol! Yes, but if you do lock in MEETINGS_UQ_BI the lock will hold only while the trigger runs in autonomous transaction. Depending on the business logic it can be much more shorter (some millisecounds) than locking in „parent” transaction and hold it for minutes or more waiting for user interaction…
