Sorry I don't understand, is It possible?

I would like recompile a stored procedure within a single query or execute
block.

I had in mind something with system table but table RDB$PROCEDURES the
field RDB$PROCEDURE_SOURCE don't contain the entire procedure but only the
body without the parameter.
I wouldn't make a more complex query
