After starting Firefox, this file is updated and the content looks fine: "app-profile [EMAIL PROTECTED] abs%path to firebug1.3". Filename and path exists. So everything looks ok. When I start Firefox, the extensions.cache is updated and the Add-ons window pops up. The page/tab themes is selected. The next line reads: '1 new add-on installed'. Then 'browse all add-ons'. Then an empty page. And finally on the bottom these buttons: 'Install', 'Install update', 'Show info', 'Hide info', 'Find updates', 'Continue(grayed)', 'Skip'. There is nothing to install/select. Then I open another page/tab, I see the installed add-ons. When I close the page and reopen add-on's, the firebug extension is not visible. What is strange to me is that the 'Themes' page is opened. I assume the 'Extension' page must be opened. Well, I've checked everything. I've got rid of the extra space, the tools.jar is found, the directories and files are present and I'm at a dead end. Any suggestions? Tx, W. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Firebug" group.
