Hi all! Just a noob here. I need help figuring out how to do 4 things.
I have a web site that will automatically open a PDF file in a new
Internet Explorer window. After that, I need to:

1. Disable the toolbar
2. Disable the Right-Click on the document.
3. Disable the File menu.
4. Allow the user to Print somehow, but they can't open a menu or
toolbar.

Basically, I'm trying to get around the whole "can't prevent saving"
of a PDF. It's okay that it's in the temporary internet files. I'm
just trying to disable things that the average user would try to do to
save PDFs.
