If you're using it 'professionally', I would think you'd want to using the most functional version available. That is certainly not version 1.2. 1.3b6 is quite stable and works well with FF3. There's no reason to think that John and company are going to go back and make upgrades to 1.2. It's enough work to keep 1.3 and 1.4 in sync as well as keeping up with Firefox's ongoing changes.
