Well reinstalling 1.3 did not solve the majority of the issues. I
haven't yet had any issues with the Line 1 jumping (emphasis on yet)
but the extremely troublesome problem of scripts getting cut off at
line 20 has already returned after having the browser and firebug open
and debugging for 30 minutes.
