On a recent update, I noticed that in the 'Net' tab, some of the progress bars for objects have 2 colors (grey and pinkish). On mouse over, the pinkish color shows a time which is labeled as 'Queuing'. What exactly does it mean? Is it the time spent by the browser to queue up that object before it can display it? Or is it the time between when the browser sent request for the object and the time it actually started receiving the data for the object?
Also, is their any range (good - bad) for the queuing time?
