It is possible, but not as simple as that.
The DOM contains all the stylesheets and rules and you can examine
them; but as far as I know you need to find the CSSStyleSheet, and
loop through its CSSRule elements looking for one that matches the
expression you have; then you can extract the specific CSSStyle
element you want from the rule.
I've never tried this, and it may not be as hard as it looks (or there
may be libraries that do it for you).
