Break on all errors is a really useful feature for me during development. Often though I don't notice a breakpoint has been hit, and if I refresh firefox though, it seems to put firebug in an odd state. Performance of the browser drops, and I start to get odd behavior such as inability to hit other breakpoints.
This wouldn't be a huge issue, if there was a way to reset firebug completely without having to restart the browser.
