This can be turned on/turned off from the Script tab drowndown list;
if you choose "Disable debugger for <hostname>" followed by "Enable
debugger for <hostname>" it shows the checkboxes again. I checked them
all, then voila! It works.

I had the same problem you described; your post (the one I'm replying
to) helped me solve it.
