If you are talking about the errors shown in the Error Console from firefox, or the console in Firebug that look similar to: Warning: Unknown property '-moz-outline'. Declaration dropped. Source File: http://groups.google.com/groups/style.css?hl=en&ig=1&stock=8&av=1&v=558 Line: 54 Then that is a part of every web browser available today... it is just a difference of how accessible it is.
If you mean something is automatically validating your code and telling you it isn't valid HTML then that would have to be an addon that you have installed.
