I would just like to say I have just encountered the same problem, I
click on the new watch expression bar and nothing happens.

bug is reproducible for me if you have all three scripting boxes
unchecked for local files, then only activate only the middle (script)
checkbox.. watch expressions don't work. - not sure if this is desired
effect?

to work around. disable all again. then check all 3 for local files.
