this article says click on the white space next to the javascript and you can edit any variable. i find that you can click on it and it becomes editable but the changes do not stay. when I press tab for code suggestions it is more likely to let you change the value but wont let you put in anything I want only some limited choices. usually it wont let me change the values at all.
http://getfirebug.com/dom.html http://getfirebug.com/screenDOM-autocomplete.gif another question since javascript in the header files loads before the page and only executes one at a time, if i wanted to change javascript in external files then run the page again. how would i do this. i dont want to do anything server side all in the browser. I have only figured out how to edit and run inline javascript. this seems like a lot to ask but if anything could be answered it would be appreciated. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Firebug" group.
