I'm running Shiretoko Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1pre) Gecko/20090525 Shiretoko/3.5pre with firebug 1.4.a29
The Net panel does not appear for me at all. I double checked by creating a new profile and installing just firebug on it.
