I have a strange issue where net panel stops updating for a particular site, I have to disable and re-enable to get it to update the list of recent downloads. A subsequent 'clear' in the net-panel followed by refresh of the current page typically does not list any more network activity, so I have disable/enable again. Sometimes I have to restart the browser to get it to work again.
I see this on ubuntu 9.04 64-bit 3.0.10 with firebug 1.3.3 and windows xp 3.0.10 with 1.3.3 (and 1.4.0a30) I have firefox 2.0.0.20 64-bit ubuntu 9.04 with firebug 1.05 and it always works fine. I think the problem is related to the site I am working on. It extensively uses client-side xsl to render html pages. 1. after starting the browser, open firebug, view the net panel, navigate to the target website. the net panel updates ok. 2. however I want to see the total files and time for just the current page, not for all the previous pages, so I press clear to clear the net-panel. 3. I then click refresh.. the page refreshes but net panel shows no updates. If I click 'html', then go back and click 'all', I feels like firebug is iterating over a big list network entries because there is a bit of delay, but nothing actually gets rendered in the net panel. (delay seems to be in 1.3.3, not in 1.4.0a30) any ideas? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Firebug" group.
