You were right. It worked. I disabled all the 'add-ons', no change. But when I set up a new profile, then the Script pane worked. It's almost like it wants to cut of the bottom seven of so lines under Script - but now it instantly corrects itself. But now there's the hassle of copying everything over to the new profile. But it does work. Thanks. There still might be something there though, in displaying that pane.
