When you hit the button it should "arm" the break on next. Clicking
the button again will disarm it.

If you can reproduce this problem on a public URL or test case file
I'll take a look at the CPU issue.

The smaller size of the button will make it harder to hit; shift-
control-c or right click on an element followed by "Inspect Element"
are alternatives.
