Hi folks,

I'm among the billions of developers whose lives have been made
immeasurably easier and more productive by firebug, so first off,
thanks a ton.

That said, I'm seeing a problem with ff 3.5 and fb 1.4.0.b7 that
completely locks up firefox, in an odd way. Everything looks normal,
and cpu use doesn't redline, but you can't click on anything, or use
any keyboard shortcuts.

To see the issue, follow the steps below; it's the demo page for a
nice link handler by Roger Johansson.
WARNING: FOLLOWING THESE STEPS MAY LOCK UP YOUR BROWSER!!!

1. Go here: http://www.456bereastreet.com/lab/javascript-target/1.2/
2. With firebug DISABLED, click the bottom link, to the W3C pg. It
works as expected.
3. Enable firebug and repeat. You get the symptoms I described above.

I noticed this in a small project of my own that uses that script, and
for me, it's completely reproducible on the original site. This
definitely used to work. I know I've installed firebug updates since
then, but I'm not completely certain if that was before firefox 3.5.

Do others see this too?
