Hmm..but Firebug never had a per-tab setup.

So use Firebug Icon Menu > Options > Activate Same Domain URL OFF
then on www.domain.com/adminstator/index.php, click "[U] OFF".

I wonder what about the 1.3 solution made this case work (since it was
not per tab).
