Adding a watch variable in JS debugging does not work any more... What I used to do to add a variable was: select (highlight) the variable and add it to the watch area with the context menu (right mouse click).
Now it displays as the watch variable name "<span class=", and the watch variable content reads like "SyntaxError: invalid XML attribute value".
