Just if someone is interested:

fixed "this.dateTimeFormat is undefined" error  in AjaxControlToolkit
Common.js script.
FB is now stopping at debugger command, but doesn't show javascript
source.
Sometimes it is jumping into a different script not related at all.
But I'm able to use console.x commands of FB and trace through.
Just no source code :-(
