However, for me it's not specifically a 1.4.2 issue. I tried uninstalling and installing 1.4.0, same result. I am using Firefox 3.5.2. Firebug IS checked under "View", and is visible in the Tools list, with a little arrow, but that arrow does not click. Strange, because on my work PC Firebug functions fine.
