Are there any known problems preventing Firebug 1.4.2 installing on Firefox 3.5.2 running on the Windows 7 Release Candidate?
I have tried repeatedly to achieve this over the last two or three days to no effect. I am logged in as an administrative user. Just now I completely uninstalled Firefox and re-installed to clear out any other addons in case they were upsetting Firebug. The symptoms are that Firebug is downloaded by Firefox, which then requests to restart. On restarting the Firebug page is refreshed but there is no evidence that Firebug is installed.
