I am using console.dir() and console.log() to print out information to the firebug console. If I right click on an object, I am given the option of "Inspect DOM Tab", however, if I highlight any test, my option becomes "Copy" and I am unable to get "Copy" to disappear even after clicking off the highlighted text. Even after refreshing the page, the "Copy" option is still my only choice. When selecting "Copy" after a page refresh, it is still copying the text that was originally highlighted even though nothing is currently highlighted. I have tried closing the console / firebug and reopening, but it still will not reset the option list. Any ideas?
