Honza and I have a Firebug panel for showing all of the event handlers
and the element they are bound to. The panel integrates with Firebug,
eg you can mouse over the elements in the event panel and they
highlight on the screen.
Currently we cannot release this tool because the Firefox code to
support it is not in the release.
