If the console tab is scrolled to the bottom, it is suppose to stay
scrolled to the bottom, so that new entries are always available. This
feature is somewhat difficult to maintain, but I hope it is working
now.
If the console tab is set not on the bottom, it is suppose to stay
put. Otherwise console events from ajax or setTimeout will prevent you
from reading the console.
