(Note, this isn't my site so I can't play around with any of the HTML
or make additional test cases.)

If you open Firebug and try to inspect anything on the page, the
elements are highlighted properly. But if you scroll down and try to
inspect the same element again, either by hovering over the page or by
hovering over the markup, there's a noticeable vertical shift. It's
like Firebug isn't taking into account the fact that the page is
scrolled.

Here's what happens when you try to inspect an image with no scroll:

...and having scrolled about 100px: http://imgur.com/3EQfP.png

This doesn't happen with every site and I can't seem to track down
what the necessary conditions in the HTML/CSS are in order for this
bug to appear.

I'm using Firefox 3.5.3 (XP) and Firebug 1.5X.0a26.
