On the same sample page, if you select show quickinfo box and you select inspect, the box is displayed top left. If you slowly move your mouse from right to left, say from 'css', via 'html' onto the box, the box stays top left. Only when you enter the box from bottom up, it moves to the right top corner. (display 1280x1024, firefox full screen). if the box is visible and you click 'inspect' (and do not click any element!!!) and select another tab, the box stays open without updating of course, and also without moving to the other corner.
